Shipping Policy

At AYNAA JEWELS, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers' utmost satisfaction by delivering their orders with high-quality packaging and within the specified time frame. We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly and securely, which is why we partner with trusted courier services (Delhivery/Shiprocket) to guarantee your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

TRACKING ORDER: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and text message. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

HANDLING TIMES: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

LOST PARCELS: 

At AYNAA JEWELS, we take every precaution to ensure your orders are shipped securely and on time. However, in the rare case that your parcel is lost, missing in transit, or hasn’t been delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We send email/SMS updates at each stage of the delivery process, and it is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and report any discrepancies. If we are notified within this time frame, we will raise a dispute with our shipping partner and initiate an investigation.

Please note that disputes cannot be raised after 72 hours of the courier marking the parcel as delivered, and in such cases, we will be unable to assist you. We also cannot help if the parcel is reported missing days after it has been marked delivered.

Dispute resolution may take 10-21 days, and refunds will only be processed once the courier service provides official confirmation. We understand this can be frustrating, and we assure you we will work diligently to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask for your patience during this process and request that you refrain from asking for a refund before the investigation is concluded. Rest assured, we are committed to obtaining a favorable outcome for you.
